At PlusHealth, we strive to provide the best wellness experience possible — whether you’re booking a session, ordering wellness products, or subscribing to our care services.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellations (Products)
  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email [support@plushealth.com] with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. You may, however, return the product as per our Return Policy.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Service Cancellations (Classes, Events, Consultations)

For digital or scheduled services like yoga sessions, wellness workshops, or nursing appointments:

  • You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the session start time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable, as service providers may have already been scheduled.
  • No-shows or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your session once at no cost by contacting [support@plushealth.com].
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • You cancel a product order before dispatch.
  • You cancel a session within the eligible time window.
  • A paid service was not delivered due to a technical or scheduling issue on our end.
  • You received a defective or wrong product (subject to verification).

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after product delivery or service completion.
  • Downloadable or digital wellness content (meditation tracks, guides, etc.).
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations.
4. Refund Processing
  • Once your cancellation or return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will always be made to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:

  • Subscription plans or memberships already activated.
  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional credits.
  • Special event passes (unless the event is canceled by PlusHealth).
6. Cancellations by PlusHealth

In rare cases, PlusHealth reserves the right to cancel or postpone any order or service due to:

  • Provider unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Regulatory or safety concerns

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or option to reschedule.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Include your Order ID / Booking ID, contact details, and reason for refund
  3. Attach any supporting documents or photos (if applicable)
